iTravel?

I just love to travel! Being one of five, growing up our family vacations were to a local beach house, which were AWESOME nonetheless, but it was never easy to take long trips with babies, toddlers and tykes. We went on a cruise once, which was totally cool, but it wasn't until college when I really got the feel for traveling.

Sophomore year {2007} I went on a mission trip to Trinidad & Tobago which was completely breathtaking. The Trini-trip was profound moment for me because it was my first plane ride!! {yeah, I'm a nerd} Last October I went to Nashville and fell in love with the city, but that's also a very biased statement seeing how all my best friends that I LOVE were also there hah. I've also been on a few ski trips/road trips to North Carolina which are all very memorable. However, it wasn't until recently I had an epiphany on all my past and future travel experiences.
I needed to appreciate the smaller less extravagant travels in order to prepare myself the upcoming endeavors.
God is real and he really gets me even in times when I least expect it. I always think I deserve the best, when really I don't. I've been treated so well my entire life [aka spoiled] I've just demanded and expected nothing short of the best from everyone whether is be my 12 year old sister or my Starbucks' Barista. I would be so jealous of friends who studied abroad or took family vacations to somewhere new every year, but it's now when I'm getting opportunites to travel to dramatic places I'm sooooooo thankful that it doesn't even seem real.

Next Wednesday I'm spending my spring break in Chicago to hang with my dearest friend Landy Daniels...

Seriously, one of the most beautiful and loving person ever.

Last but certainly not least....

Drumroll..

I recently found out I was accepted to SALERNO, ITALY for a 6-week summer project through Campus Crusade for Christ.

There's no other way I could be going to this place to share the Gospel if God's hand was NOT in this. get real. So nervous, happy, anxious to see how the support raising goes.

It's late, and I'm tired. This blogging thing is fun when I find the time.
Kuddos to those to do it on the reg.
